Manoj’s Involvement in the construction industry spans over 7 years in a variety of Constructions. His responsibilities include Structural Designing, business development, management & administration of all our projects.

Handled all kind of Residential, commercial and Industrial structures with Beam-slab system, Flat slab system, Mivan system and others.

Successfully completed more than 40 plus residential projects and 20plus high rise projects ranging from (G+1) to (G+35) storeys for various clients such as “Prestige Group”, “Kalyani Group”, “Goyal and Co”, Legacy Group”, etc.,

He has many outstation projects like Commercial building at Darjeeling for PBN Resort Pvt Ltd. This project has three towers, with an expansion join between two towers. Construction is on a slope Terrain with a height ranging 25 to 30 mts. It’s planned in one acre of land. With each tower consisting G+4, G+6 and G+8.

He is also handling a hospital project at Sikkim with G+5.

Varsha is currently engaged in Designing as well as R&D for improving construction method and delivering better products. She has been a member of the of the company since inception. She entered the Construction industry with a passion to build.

A fashion enthusiast and has a great passion for bikes, she is also a guitarist and plays mandolin as well.
